News on the shipping!
Hello, backers! Today we want to fill you in about the shipping.
Our partner at Unicorn confirmed that all the Australian copies, have been shipped, so it is just a matter of days before everyone of our Australian backers receive their copies.
Our partners at VFI told us that they split the Asian shipment of the copies into two waves. They took care of the first wave, which has already been sent out, whereas the second wave (containing the copies for China and Malaysia) will be handled in the next days.
The ship containing European copies moored at the Italian dock in Genoa. Now here are the steps required: first of all the cargo will get through the customs, then to the warehouse where the copies will be sorted and separated in two groups. One group will head for our warehouses and the other group will get to France for the rest of the European fulfillment.
The American copies should moor at the dock today. From there they will be brought to the American fulfillment center, where ShipNaked will sort them, label them and ship them.
When we have more updated information from our partners we will let you know! In the meantime, if you have any question or request feel, free to contact our support team at [email protected] and they will be gladly back at you as soon as possible.

Hello everyone! How is everything going?
Lately we have been keeping in touch with our fulfillment partners to monitor the shipping of Volfyirion games and here is what we know so far:
For Asia: the hub has started to ship the games! They filled us in about the process and confirmed that they are taking care of one nation at a time.
For Australia: the cargo reached the dock on June 3rd and soon it will get to the fulfillment warehouse where they will label and package the parcels.
For North America: the ship should reach the dock on June 19th. If you missed our last update on shipping, the name of the ship is EVER LEADER and here it can be tracked.
For Europe: the ship should get to the dock on June 19th. The name of the ship is YM WARRANTY and here it can be tracked.
As soon as we have more updated information we will let everyone know through a new update!

On a last note, we would like to remind you all that Icaion is still live on Kickstarter and now it's on its last 73 hours (it will end on June 11th). Just earlier today we received our freight partners answer about the latest on shipping, so now we can gladly provide all of you with those details:
The Asian Cargo has reached the Asian fulfillment center by ground yesterday. We are still waiting for the exact estimate of when VFI is going to start the fulfillment of all the orders. Once they get back at us on this matter we will let you know, but this should be imminent.
The Australian Cargo is on its way to the Australian fulfillment center, and the name of the ship is ANL GIPPSLAND. The estimate time of arrival to the fulfillment center is June 3rd. The fulfillment of the parcels should be approximately handled and completed in two weeks.
The American Cargo is on its way to the American fulfillment center. The name of the ship is EVER LEADER and the estimate time of arrival to the fulfillment center is June 19th. The fulfillment of the parcels should be approximately handled and completed in two weeks.
The European Cargo is on its way to the European fulfillment center. The name of the ship is YM WARRANTY and the estimate time of arrival to the fulfillment center is June 19th. The fulfillment of the parcels should be approximately handled and completed in a month due to the further step needed by customs and then the fulfillment center in France. Once there, they will be distributed and fulfilled.

Rulebooks in our hands!
We are happy to tell you that now we can finally share with you several rulebooks in different languages! In the last months we have been receiving the translations made by some of our awesome backers and our graphic team has been busy in taking care of the layout.
Soon all languages available!!
Soon the Slovak, Polish, Spanish and the Hebrew will be available for you to see, as for the rest of them (Portuguese, Ukrainian, Swedish, Bulgarian and Norwegian) we are waiting to receive the final files from our backers.

Volfyirion’s copies are waiting to be shipped!
Hello, backers!
Here are the latest on Volfyirion. Regarding the shipping, the factory sent us the following pictures few days after the last update. In the photos below you can see all the shiny copies of Volfyirion waiting and these days they have been wrapped and put on the pallets.

Right now we are arranging agreements with the logistic team to see exactly when the copies will be ready to be shipped. In the meantime, we are also waiting for the reservation of the ship for transportation. In the next days you will be provided with the exact shipping date.
How we handled failed pledges
To those whose pledges have failed for some reason: since the lockdown of the orders occurred, we cannot wait any longer than we already did. We sent you reminders through updates and an email, whereas Backerkit sent reminders as well, and we feel it would not be fair towards the rest of our backers to have them wait longer to get their games.
The shipment of those copies will be dealt with after the global fulfillment and we will see if it will be handled by our fulfillment partners or by us, instead. If the latter case occurs you might incur in additional charges since those copies will be shipped from our headquarters here in Italy. If you have any questions please reach our support team at [email protected] and they will be back at you.
